Programmatic Account Executive

Live in Los Angeles? Do you have Sales in your blood? Well, first... get that checked out. Then, apply! We're looking for a Los Angeles-based sales genie to sign on as our programmatic sales representative. You'll be responsible for 1) being a bada$$ and 2) consistently nailing your revenue goals. Of course, there's more. You're going to have to manage current relationships, find new leads and again, be a bada$$ with both. Our ideal candidate has a proven record of success in driving revenue with trading desk clients and already has all the right connections. Think you're a "go-getter"? We don't want "go-getters." Job Description

  • As a programmatic salesperson, you'll be -- get this -- selling anything that can be transacted programmatically (PMP, AG/PD, etc.).
  • You'll also be responsible for consistently hitting quarterly and annual revenue goals for programmatic media as set by manager.
  • Develop and manage relationships with all major regional trading desks, DSPs, client direct and other programmatic buyers.
  • Be likable. Or be good enough that we don't care how likable you are.
  • Collaborate with branded content sellers in-market to provide best-in-class customer service for our identified key accounts.
  • Uncover new, incremental revenue opportunities with diligent prospecting (cold call/emailing, meetings, etc.).
  • Preach! We want you to evangelize our leading technology and inventory in the digital OOH space, and stimulate demand for this new medium just by your sheer presence.
  • Did we mention, be a bada$$ on the daily yet? Oh, we did. Well, that too.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Intimate knowledge of the digital media landscape w/ expert-level technical programmatic knowledge (And we do mean intimate) (wink wink)
  • Proven success in programmatic media and buying relationships. We want your friends to be our friends.
  • Coffee is for closers! We want a candidate with a proven record of closing and developing new business accounts.
  • Existing book of programmatic revenue/contacts would be great too.
  • Willingness (or even EAGERNESS) to travel.
